Changeover day is normally a Friday, short breaks are available by arrangement. Rates are calculated on 70% of the weekly rate for a minimum of 3 nights and an additional 10% of the weekly rate for each additional night.
Visitors with mobility problems may wish to discuss access to the house and garden with the owners.
£100 per week non refundable deposit issue to confirm a booking, the balance and a damage/telephone deposit of £150 per week is due 6 weeks before the holiday date (please see terms and conditions). Electricity and heating are included in the price.
Duvets, pillows, linen, bathroom towels (but NOT beach towels) are provided
Travel cot (no duvet or linen), high chair, stair gate and bed side are available
Please note that there is VERY limited mobile phone reception in Hope Cove. A landline and broadband are available. The cost of telephone use is redeemed from damage/telephone deposit after departure
